Job Responsibilities & Requirements The Contact Center Representative must be comfortable navigating online banking systems while providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality. A successful candidate with have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment. This person must have technical ability and a high attention to detail. A high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent is required.
