Customer Service Representative

JOB SUMMARY

Receives (by telephone, fax or email) requests for quotes, scheduling, and lead times from our customers. Assist customers with questions, send quotes, and relay pertinent order information back to customers as needed. Coordinate with the operations team in handling customer logistics, scheduling and providing superior service. This is a full-time position located in Bridport Vermont.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Answering phones, taking orders, inputting orders into dispatch system, requests for price quotations, scheduling, order changes, adjustments and cancellations directly from customers. Handling Retail counter sales. Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service. Maintains files of active jobs and posts activity such as change notices, scheduling changes, and credit changes. Working in our back office systems to set up accounts. Develop and maintain team-orientation with other co-workers. Follow up on estimates and cleanings already performed. Able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment.
