Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Active Vermont Property & Casualty insurance license. Minimum of two years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory roles. Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication style. Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms. Bachelor's degree or equivalent life and work experience. Knowledge of regional insurance trends in the New England market. Responsibilities Build and nurture long-term relationships with individuals and businesses throughout the Burlington area. Assess unique client risks and recommend comprehensive coverage plans that provide real peace of mind. Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure that our clients are always protected as their lives and businesses evolve. Collaborate with our underwriting team to resolve complex coverage questions and advocate for our clients. Actively participate in community events to strengthen our presence and support our local neighbors. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions to ensure high-quality, personalized follow-up.
