Are you a people person with a love for pets? Mountain View Animal Hospital is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our friendly, dedicated team. Our CSRs are the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional experience for both pets and their people.

What You'll Do:

Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out Answer phones and emails promptly and professionally Manage appointment scheduling and patient records Process payments and prepare invoices accurately Educate clients about preventive care, products, and services Support our veterinary team by keeping the front desk running smoothly Handle stressful situations with empathy, tact, and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma (college degree preferred) Strong customer service experience (veterinary or medical setting preferred but not required) Comfortable with computers and adapting to software (experience with Avimark practice management system preferred but not required) Excellent communication and multitasking skills Team-oriented, positive, and compassionate Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Genuine love for animals and their people
