Position Summary The Client Order Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and serving as a key point of contact for business customers. This role focuses on maintaining accurate order information, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience from order placement through delivery. Key Responsibilities Enter and manage customer orders received through multiple platforms Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications via email Coordinate with internal departments, including Shipping, Sales, and Production, to resolve issues and support customer needs Monitor order statuses and provide timely updates, including shipment tracking information Investigate and resolve shipping concerns, delivery issues, and damaged shipments Maintain accurate customer account information and internal records Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order management process Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, administrative support, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other standard business software applications Why Apply? Pay Details:
