Commercial Service Representative:

Engage with customers to assess support needs and promote relevant products and services Maintain customer and sales information in CRM and case management systems to track activities and resolve issues Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial service inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including welcome and stay packets, and coordinate follow-up with sales representatives Your skills and experience: Ability to type at least 70 words per minute Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a proven sales track record Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software systems Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities For immediate consideration for the Commercial Service Representative position, contact William Chapman at (518) 324-3119 today.
