Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in St. Albans, West Virginia. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by managing order processing and communications effectively. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for problem-solving and collaboration, this position is an ideal fit.
Responsibilities:
  • Verify shipping, billing, pricing, and purchase order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Input special instructions and notes related to customer orders and requests.
  • Maintain and update customer records, including pricing, new items, delivery instructions, and address changes.
  • Collaborate with sales staff by providing necessary support and updates while they are in the field.
  • Communicate regularly with both internal and external customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Assist with data entry and order intake, supporting other team members when needed.
  • Audit purchase orders to confirm pricing, quantities, terms of sale, and special shipping instructions.
  • Document and resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory solutions.
  • Process product returns in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines in all customer service activities.
