We are expanding to St Albans, Vermont and looking for experienced Service Advisors to lead the way!

• Starting pay is anywhere between $24-$35/hr based on experience and qualifications. Annual average is $50,000 - $75,000.
• Monthly and annual bonuses available to those who qualify.

As a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

Role:

A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred Previous RV product or camping lifestyle Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed Excellent organization and follow up skills are required The ability to follow department procedures and policies Valid driver's license preferred May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending General Compensation Disclosure The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
