Shelburne Veterinary Hospital has an opening for an experienced, full-time Veterinary Customer Service Representative . Our talented team of animal lovers provides exceptional care to our patients and a positive experience to our clients in a supportive team environment, with an emphasis on staff education and skill development. We're looking for an enthusiastic, energetic team player who can problem solve and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Other qualifications are:
Strong communication skills in person, in writing and by phone Ability to problem-solve and contribute to solutions in a constructive way Minimum of 1 year of medical reception experience required, veterinary field experience strongly preferred Initiative and desire to help others when needed Well organized and professional; ability to shift priorities as needs change We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Details:
Full-time year-round position Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday hours Answer phone calls and client emails, schedule patient appointments, greet clients, check out clients at the conclusion of appointments and process payments, organize and send medical information upon request. Function positively, efficiently and professionally in a fast-moving and high-stress environment Work effectively with other staff to include veterinarians and technical staff as well as

Schedule:
8-hour shift Monday to Friday Rotating Saturday availability required
Physical Demands:
Requires sitting, standing, kneeling, lifting, restraining, walking, speaking, hearing ability, visual accuracy, repetitive motions, fast reflexes. Ability to lift at least 25lbs.
