What Youll DoYoull be the first point of contact for our customers, helping create a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

Greet customers and assist them with professionalism and careAnswer phones and direct calls appropriatelySchedule appointments and manage daily calendarsTake and deliver accurate messagesHandle incoming and outgoing mailKeep the office organized and running efficientlyMonitor and order office supplies as neededTrack orders and communicate with vendorsFollow company processes and support the team wherever neededWhat Were Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required2+ years of office or administrative experience preferredComfortable with computers and Microsoft OfficeExperience with office equipment (phones, copiers, etc.)Strong customer service and communication skillsOrganized, reliable, and detail-orientedSomeone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a teamWhy Key Collision?
