Our Seattle team is expanding, and we're hiring a Customer Account Assistant to support customer enrollment, account activation, and sales outreach for essential connectivity services. This is a customer-facing, sales-driven role where strong communication, consistency, and performance directly impact results. As a Customer Account Assistant, you will work directly with customers to explain service options, complete enrollments, and ensure accurate account setup. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, managing multiple enrollments, and earning based on effort and performance.
