Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Must commit to minimum 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other payment methods
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintain new product and getting it out onto the sales floor
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
• Communication between management and staff

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of clothing retail experience required
• Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers
• Excellent communication skills
