As a CSD Rep, you are often the first voice or written word a maker hears from us. You help turn a stuck order or a confusing ingredient question into a reason for that customer to trust Bramble Berry with their next project. What You'll Do Across phone, message, and email, you will: Help customers promptly and kindly, every time Place customer orders and create reshipments as needed Process refunds and initiate returns, including RMAs and shipping labels Troubleshoot rewards program, account, and product issues Partner with the shipping department to resolve address inconsistencies, including UPS address changes Guide customers on how to use Bramble Berry products Stay current on the full product catalog, including new launches Flag website inconsistencies, broken links, or system outages to the right team Take on other tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager What You Bring Technical Skills Strong verbal and written communication Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce (or comparable CRM) Comfort learning and researching a wide range of subjects quickly Typing speed of 60 WPM or better Soft Skills Ability to build productive working relationships across departments Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Self-directed, with the judgment to know when to ask for help Comfortable tracking repetitive tasks accurately Genuine willingness to learn new skills as the product line grows Working Conditions This is a desk-based role: sitting, typing, and screen time for most of the shift. Because Bramble Berry works with fragrance and essential oils, expect regular exposure to strong scents throughout the workday. What Success Looks Like A successful CSD Rep keeps customer contact turnaround at 24 hours or less. They prioritize independently, solve problems on their own, and keep the team informed of challenges along the way. They ask for help when it's the right call, not the last resort.
