In Person We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in a comfortable office environment. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with office operations, handling cash/taking payments and learning our glass estimating and quoting software. Comprehensive training is provided during the first 90 days. We are a family-oriented company that values our employees and offers opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities Organize office operations and assist team members to ensure efficient workflows. Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner. Create, update, and maintain accurate quotes and work orders. Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars. Perform receptionist and front-office duties. Provide outstanding customer service both in person, in email/text, and over the phone. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously. Data entry and maintaining organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy retrieval of documents. Handle payments and process transactions using a POS system. This position involves regularly moving between the front office and shop area. You must be comfortable walking throughout the shop and handling vehicle keys and paperwork.
