Entry Level Customer Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate with the Customer Associate team and account managers to facilitate new campaign proposals and communicate business information. On behalf of management, participate in brand/service knowledge training given to on-site business development and account management teams. Assist customers with any questions they have regarding the services and brand to develop customized strategies and packages that would be aligned with their needs and wants. Seek new business opportunities in the market by acting as the liaison between our company and clients. Observe and learn from senior account managers and assist with framing new client objectives each week. Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.

Entry Level Customer Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be willing to work hard in an entry-level position and attend appropriate training sessions. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with multiple sales techniques. Ability to deliver engaging presentations. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team. Able to confidently and professionally communicate with other Executives. Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Negotiation skills and persuasive
