Job Description

Olympic Pharmacy and Healthcare Services is a leading provider of healthcare products and services to enhance the quality of life for our patients. We offer everything from ostomy, urological, and respiratory equipment to enteral feeding supplies. We also provide home delivery, a full-service repair shop, and ATS-certified rehabilitation services. As a full-time Customer Service Associate , you will deliver exceptional service, foster a welcoming environment, manage sales transactions, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. This role offers valuable experience to support your career growth.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). 1 year in-person retail experience as a Customer Service Associate

•HIGHLY preferred. 1 year operating a Point of Sales system (POS). 1 year handling cash and credit transactions. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication skills; verbal and written. Basic interpersonal and customer service skills. Skilled in managing multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities, with exceptional attention to detail. Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to provide professional service and maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of insurance providers, coverage, and compliance standards is very beneficial. Maintains a polished and professional appearance. Must live within a reasonable commute.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Greet and assist customers courteously and efficiently. Operate cash register, process sales transactions, and handle returns and refunds. Answer phones promptly and professionally. Ensure a seamless experience when ringing up sales, arranging for delivery or pick-up of orders. Make routine sales calls (not cold calling). Prepare accurate sales orders and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products, services, and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of current products, services, and insurance guidelines. Maintain store cleanliness and retail product displays. Assist with inventory counts, expiration dates and stay updated on product knowledge. Contribute to a positive work environment. Adapt to additional responsibilities as directed by the Sales Manager to support the efficient operation of the department. This is not a full list of duties; other duties may be assigned.

Business Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM

•7:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM

•5

PM, Closed Sunday Shifts:

Open, Closed and Rotating Saturdays

•Scheduled based on business needs

Work Hours:

40 hours per week minimum
