Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their needs, and provide helpful information about our services Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of garments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions Operate dry cleaning equipment safely and follow proper cleaning procedures to maintain high-quality results Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including laundry stations and customer waiting areas, adhering to health and safety standards Manage basic math calculations for pricing, discounts, or billing purposes Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential!
