Job Description

CSR Washington Generators has served homes and businesses across the Pacific Northwest for over 16 years, providing generator sales, service, and maintenance. Our team is built on honest work and genuine customer care, and we're looking for someone who shares that mindset. We're hiring a CSR to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll answer incoming calls, schedule service maintenance and commercial service agreement appointments, book sales appointments for our Sales Consultants, and handle data entry for incoming work orders.
Pay:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member Schedule service maintenance, commercial service agreement, and sales consultant appointments Enter and update work order and registration information in our system Provide customers with accurate information about appointments, services, and company details Support filter sales during customer calls Complete general administrative tasks as assigned Benefits Medical insurance (95% employer-covered), dental, and vision 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Advancement opportunities Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience Friendly, outgoing demeanor with strong professional phone skills Experience with multi-line phone systems Clear written and verbal communication in English; Spanish proficiency a plus Comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook Highly organized and detail-oriented
