Job description: Client Service Representative - Join Our Employee-Centered Practice! Client Service Representative:
Provide warm, welcoming, and professional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email. Schedule appointments, manage the daily calendar, and coordinate patient check-ins and check-outs. Assist clients with questions about services, medications, preventive care, and hospital policies. Accurately enter client and patient information into the medical record system. Process payments, invoices, estimates, and financial transactions with accuracy and transparency. Communicate clearly with the veterinary team to support smooth patient flow and timely care. Handle multi-line phone calls, triage client concerns, and route messages appropriately. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby/reception area. Support clients during stressful or emotional situations with compassion and professionalism. Follow hospital protocols to ensure safety, confidentiality, and high-quality client service.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred but not required A genuine love for animals and compassion for their humans Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment A desire to learn, grow, and be part of something meaningful
