Job Description
Seaview animal Hospital is a new privately owned practice in scenic Lynnwood, WA. Seaview Animal Hospital was founded to elevate pet health, client satisfaction, and employee happiness. We strive to do so through compassionate and transparent medical care in a positive and sustainable workplace. Our team provides all services from comprehensive preventative medicine to emergency surgery, with fair and honest pricing that our community deserves Because we are growing rapidly, we have recently added an associate veterinarian to our team. With another doctor means we are building our support team too. We value team players with great attitudes. We are looking for candidates that have 1-2 years (or more) of experience as a Veterinary Client Service Representatiive . We are seeking a full time (30-35 hrs/week) CSR to join our team. We are currently open M, T, Th, F and will expand very soon to include Wednesdays. Responsibilities of this roll include but are not limited to: Communicating with clients in a professional, welcoming, and empathetic manner to schedule appointments, answer questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department. Manage, email, voicemail, and text communications. Discussing financial options and payments with clients. Cashing handling and book keeping. Payment processing through a variety of financial services. Send and receive medical history. Maintaining a clean and organized work place. Communicating with vendors. Managing marketing and promotional campaigns. Office supply inventory. Maintain accurate medical records.
