We do clean, careful work on every vehicle and treat every customer like a regular, and it shows: we've grown every year and we're only getting bigger. @detailinga1auto What You'll Do You're the first face our customers see and the person who keeps the whole day on track. Our sales rep handles the phones and books the appointments; your job is everything that happens once the customer arrives.

A typical day includes:

Greeting customers as they walk in, answering their questions, and making sure they feel taken care of from drop-off to pickup Checking vehicles in and out, documenting their condition, and keeping customers updated on progress and pickup times Managing the daily schedule so the detailer and installer always know what's next and nothing falls through the cracks Moving customer vehicles into pickup and drop-off spots as needed Taking the occasional call from a customer with an existing appointment who needs an update or has a question Handling the unexpected quickly and calmly: late drop-offs, walk-ins, schedule changes, and customer concerns Keeping the front of the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly Who We're Looking For This role is the backbone of our shop, so we're looking for someone who takes real ownership of it. Reliable above all. You show up on time every day, you follow through on what you say you'll do, and the team can count on you without checking in. Our shop can't run without someone dependable at the front. Experienced with customers. Customer service experience where you were the person face to face with customers, handling questions and resolving concerns. A quick problem solver. When a schedule falls apart or a customer has an issue, you don't freeze or wait for someone to tell you what to do. You think on your feet, find a solution, and keep things moving. Calm under pressure. Saturdays are our biggest day. You stay organized and friendly even when multiple customers and jobs need your attention at the same time. Organized and detail-oriented. You keep the schedule accurate, notes clear, and nothing slips through. A clear, confident communicator. You set honest expectations on timing, keep customers in the loop, and make every visit feel easy. A team player. You work closely with the detailer, installer, sales rep, and shop manager and help wherever the day needs it. Eager to learn. You don't need automotive experience to start, but you want to learn our services inside and out. Requirements Must be 21 or older Valid driver's license (you'll be moving customer vehicles around the shop) Available Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM

•5:00 PM Customer service experience required Automotive, service-advisor, or shop-front-desk experience is a strong plus Pay & Benefits $20

•25/hour with raises tied to your performance, paid bi-weekly Health insurance for full-time team members after an introductory period Pro-level care for your own ride: team pricing on our detailing, tint, PPF, and ceramic coating services A real path forward: we're getting bigger every year and we promote from within. Coordinators who build a solid knowledge of our services and the automotive side of the business can move up into a sales position as the shop grows Consistent full-time hours with a set schedule, so you always know your week A tight-knit team that supports each other and takes pride in the work The chance to be the face of a shop customers already trust and love If you've submitted your application and want to follow up, feel free to call the shop during business hours.
