Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Client Care Coordinator, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring their experience is smooth, compassionate, and efficient. As the Client Care Coordinator, you are the primary point of contact for our clients. You will manage the daily flow of front-desk operations, handle inquiries, schedule services, and build lasting relationships with dog (and other small animal) parents. The ideal candidate loves people as much as they love animals, excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and maintains a positive, professional demeanor under pressure. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using patient management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems Assist with verifying insurance information, processing claims, and understanding health insurance policies Support medical administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and managing correspondence Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment details, follow-up instructions, and health information Skills Proven experience working in a medical office or veterinary office with strong knowledge of medical terminology Familiarity with patient management software, electronic health records (EHR), or EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle phone communication professionally and compassionately Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing appointments, records, and administrative tasks Ability to quickly learn new systems such as client communication platforms and medical administrative support tools Typing speed and accuracy to efficiently document patient interactions and update records Computer Skills including using the
Apple Software Suite Physical Requirements:

Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
