We are looking for an Internal Service Advisor to join our Service team. Some of the benefits of working for Kendall are:

  • Accident and Illness supplemental plans We are looking for candidates who have uber organizational skills, high level customer service experience, those who can demonstrate time management, strong work ethics and communication skills.
The ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance is key. This position works closely with our Sales Managers and Technicians to complete repairs and reconditioning on vehicles coming into the dealership.
Duties will include:
  • Dispatch work to technicians and vendors and verify that work is properly diagnosed and performed.
  • Input and maintain vehicle estimate information in computer system.
  • Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely and cost effective repairs.
  • Provide accounting with all necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain a log of all reconditioning activity.
Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone. Join Kendall Auto Group and
