Job Description
Pure Financial Advisors, LLC is looking for a Client Relations Specialist ("Front Office Specialist") for our Mercer Island (and Redmond), WA branch offices. This position greets, welcomes and engages with prospective and existing clients and provides support to clients as well as advisors or others within the Mercer Island, WA branch. Additionally, this position will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients visiting the Redmond, WA office. Key Responsibilities (Client Engagement & Front Office): Greet and welcome prospective and existing clients with professionalism and warmth. Be the primary point of contact for clients visiting the Mercer Island office. Answer and manage a high volume of inbound phone calls, routing inquiries to appropriate team members. Provide timely assistance and support to clients, addressing questions and handling requests. Key Responsibilities (Administrative & Office Support): Administrative and office support duties for the Mercer Island, WA office, which includes ordering office supplies, stocking the breakroom, and maintaining an organized, professional office environment. Administrative support (onsite) for the Redmond, WA office to support office operations. This requires the ability to travel to/from the Redmond, WA office approximately once per week; however, additional on-site visits may be required based on business needs. Administrative support (virtual) for other branch offices, collaborating remotely with team members to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Supporting Financial Advisors and our clients with scheduling/rescheduling appointments, preparing client meeting packets and materials for appointments. Operations support and assistance, which includes processing paperwork, scanning documents, and managing and updating client files. Logistical and administrative support for client-facing classes, workshops, seminars, and events, as required. What We're Looking For (Requirements): Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related fields preferred. Prior experience in a front office, receptionist, client services, or administrative role preferred. Experience in financial services or operations is a plus but not required. Experience with Salesforce CRM is also a plus. Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. A warm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service. Solid organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work while meeting deadlines. Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and manage fluctuating workloads effectively. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude. Notary Public certification, or the ability to obtain following hire date (must obtain credentials following hire).
