Some examples of responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers Write repair orders, build estimates, and communicate services clearly Dispatch work to technicians and manage shop workflow Manage and prioritize both customer vehicles and inventory vehicles Source, price, and order parts through multiple vendors and systems Track parts status and work in progress to keep jobs moving Maintain communication with customers, technicians, and management Upsell services in a professional, customer-focused manner Ensure accurate billing, records, and daily service activity

Minimum Required Skills:
