Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agency Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing State Farm agency. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our existing customers while supporting the agency's daily operations. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, is organized, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No prior insurance experience is required; however, candidates must be committed to becoming licensed and learning the insurance industry. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, payments, and account maintenance.
- Review customer coverage and identify opportunities to better protect their families and assets.
- Process endorsements, renewals, claims support, and other service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Follow up on customer requests promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Meet agency standards for responsiveness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to pass any required background checks.
- Previous customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or call center experience.
- Sales or relationship-building experience.
