What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Answering inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency Making outbound calls to customers regarding scheduling, follow-up, and service needs Scheduling appointments and coordinating technician calendars Dispatching technicians and managing daily route adjustments Providing updates and communication between customers and field teams Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks as needed Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation Supporting multiple departments while keeping customer satisfaction top of mind Helping ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, dispatching, scheduling, or administrative experience Strong phone and communication skills Comfortable using computers and multiple software programs simultaneously; experience with Service Titan preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in home services, construction, trades, or service industries is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Fischer Services?
