Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting hardware products that meet their needs. Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits of various hardware items. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering technical advice, and resolving concerns promptly. Operate cash registers accurately, handle retail sales transactions, and manage cash drawer operations with integrity. Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue. Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory counts. Demonstrate proficiency in POS systems, retail math, and basic cash handling procedures to ensure smooth transactions. Supervise or assist in supervising team members when needed, fostering a collaborative environment focused on sales goals. Support store operations by ensuring cleanliness, proper signage, and adherence to merchandising standards. Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear product demos and explain technical details effectively. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases better. Experience with stocking, merchandising, and managing retail store product displays. Previous grocery store or electronics retail experience is a plus for understanding diverse customer needs.
