Wages:

The starting range is $25.22

Position Summary :

The Landlord / Employer Liaison is responsible for working collaboratively with Client Advocate staff to identify available housing and employment opportunities for people experiencing homelessness in Okanogan County. This position is required to actively seek out, obtain, and maintain relationships with landlords and employers for housing and employment placement. The Landlord / Employer Liaison will provide training to staff and participants on housing and employment opportunities and tenant/landlord roles and responsibilities, and support participants and landlords with mediating and resolving housing retention issues. This position will maintain the housing resources database, including current available housing units. The Landlord / Employer Liaison works collaboratively with all aspects of Okanogan Housing Authority's housing programs, representative of other non-profit agencies, staff from local government agencies and landlord/property management associations. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Experience:

Minimum:

3 years Nonprofit organizational or education in a field directly related to client services, case management or business.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in public administration, Social Work, Business or equivalent education/experience in a related field .

Preferred knowledge:

Technologically savvy and comfortable navigating and learning new technology systems.
