We're hiring Retail Sales Representatives to speak with customers in person about AT&T wireless products and services. This role combines customer service, product education, and sales. We provide training, so previous wireless experience is helpful but not required. If you've worked as a retail associate, sales associate, customer service representative, brand ambassador, server, or store team member , we'd like to hear from you. What you'll do Start conversations with customers and learn about their current wireless service. Explain available phone plans, devices, promotions, and service options in clear terms. Answer questions, address concerns, and help customers choose products that fit their needs. Keep up with product information and work toward individual and team sales goals. Deliver a positive customer experience from the first conversation through enrollment. What we're looking for Strong communication and people skills. A dependable person who is comfortable approaching and speaking with customers. Interest in sales, customer service, wireless, or retail. The ability to learn product details and explain them accurately. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but training is available. Why apply?
