Drive Client Success:

Manage inquiries via our Genesys system, process orders, and resolve inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

Optimize Logistics:

Play a crucial role in coordinating the seamless movement of food products, maximizing payload efficiency, and mitigating stock issues.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Partner with Order Fulfillment and Transportation teams to proactively resolve delivery blocks and ensure seamless service.

Ensure Accuracy:

Serve as the principal contact for returns, validating conditions and ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Your Foundation for

Success Experience:

Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, with ~2 years in Customer Care, Order Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

Technical Proficiency:

Skilled in SAP, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and Microsoft Office.

Core Competencies:
