But we're more than just a landscaping company—we're a team, a community, and a place to build a meaningful career in horticulture. Kaleidoscope is looking to hire an Client Services/ Admin. Support who will be responsible for a range of business operations including customer service, general office tasks, answering phones, data entry, providing support to the Business, Account Managers, Operation Managers, payroll HR etc.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Serve as the primary point of contact, handling customer inquiries via, phone and ensuring exceptional customer service. Coordinate and schedule quotes for account managers. Keep clients informed of scheduled work and any updates. Prepare month-end reports, including attendance tracking, source tracking, contact cards and incentives. Perform any tasks to assist in keeping a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. Assist Finance Manager with payroll, deposits and posting checks. Assist HR with reference checks, onboarding and insurance paperwork processing. Send out for end-of-day report. Close office and ensure all necessary end-of-day procedures are completed before leaving. Other duties as assigned by manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in similar administrative roles. Excellent customer service skills in phone, email and in person. Experience with graphics software Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English to communicate effectively. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and critical thinking skills. Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn innovative technology. Elevated level of integrity and ethical behavior.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to sit for an extended period, stand, and reach. Able to lift, carry, push 10-20 lbs.
WORKING ENVIROMENT & HOURS
Quiet to moderate noise levels, with indoor climate-controlled conditions. Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (hours may change depending on business need).
