Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with local residents by helping them identify the right coverage for their homes, cars, and lives. Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of insurance policies so our clients feel truly confident in their protection. Conduct comprehensive reviews of client accounts to ensure they are adequately protected as their lives evolve. Respond to inquiries with a warm, welcoming demeanor and a focus on finding real solutions. Collaborate with the agency team to maintain a clean and organized office environment that makes visitors feel at home. Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest adjustments that provide better peace of mind for our neighbors.
