Spanaway WA and surrounding area Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dependable Repossession Tow Truck Operator to recover and transport vehicles safely, professionally, and in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and experienced with towing equipment and repossession procedures. Responsibilities Conduct vehicle repossessions in accordance with company procedures and applicable laws Safely operate tow trucks, wheel-lift equipment, dollies, and related tools Locate, recover, secure, and transport vehicles to designated facilities Complete accurate condition reports, photographs, paperwork, and electronic documentation Communicate professionally with customers, clients, law enforcement, dispatchers, and storage facilities Maintain confidentiality of customer and client information Follow all safety, privacy, and workplace-conduct requirements Perform pre-trip inspections and keep the truck and equipment clean and well maintained Report incidents, disputes, damage, or unusual circumstances promptly Requirements Previous professional towing, repossession, or recovery experience required Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must meet company and insurance requirements for operating a tow truck Must successfully pass a background check, driving-record review, and applicable employment screenings Professional communication and conflict-management skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift, bend, kneel, work outdoors, and operate equipment in varying weather conditions Must be primarily available for day-shift assignments, with occasional schedule flexibility Must meet the company's minimum age requirement of 27 , where legally permitted and required by insurance or business policy To apply: Send your résumé and a brief summary of your towing or repossession experience to gotchacar4@gmail.com.
