We are in search for a full-time, in-office Customer Service Representative to join our wonderful team at our Spokane Valley State Farm office. You do not need to have insurance background. You will receive all the training and on-the-job experience needed to become an insurance team member/agent. This is not a sales position. This is a service and administrative position supporting our customers and in-office team members/agents. This position will help develop your insurance industry knowledge and skills, as well as State Farm products & services and grow into a Senior Level service agent/team member within the company. Applicant must first pass in-person interviews, background check and the Washington State Property & Casualty exam. Once you pass your exam, your new career and training will start.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must pass the Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance exam Candidates must have customer service or administration experience Detail oriented, organized with excellent writing, typing, verbal, note taking capabilities and multi-tasking Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and customer data systems A very positive, friendly attitude that enjoys helping others

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering incoming office calls Scheduling appointments Processing insurance documentation Billing support Claims support Responding to current customer policy questions Current customer policy management Support office team members/agents
