Salary Range:

Demonstrable history of successfully managing insurance client portfolios. Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and coverage nuances. Strong command of agency management systems and digital document management. Clear, articulate communication style with a focus on active listening. Dedication to solving problems for clients in an empathetic and timely manner. Responsibilities Guide current and prospective clients through their insurance options with clear, helpful explanations. Process policy endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries with high attention to detail. Assess client risk profiles to recommend coverage that provides true peace of mind. Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure client applications are processed smoothly. Maintain organized records to ensure our office runs effectively and information is always at our fingertips.
