WORK WEEK

TUESDAY

THRU FRIDAY 10

30AM-7:00PM

SATURDAY 9

00AM-5:00PM and 1 SUNDAY a month from 9:00am-1:00pm We are a 50 year old full-service Residential Heating & A/C Air Conditioning Contractor located in Sumner, Wa. We are looking for individuals with great attitudes and a strong work ethic that are ready to learn. Currently we have an open customer service position open and are looking for: a person who can multi-task, answer phones and make calls to customers to schedule appts, schedule customer's with our techs, plumber, electricans, duct cleaners and install crew, file, follow up with customers, order filters, answer emails, billing, etc. The ability to clearly commuicate with other team members and not be afraid to ask questions. Ability to work as a team and independantly as necessary. Excellent pay that rewards you for your performance. Paid holidays and vacations. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, in person at shop
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
• Communicate effectively in English
• Follow phone etiquette guidelines for professional and courteous communication
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues

Skills:

• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient in data entry and computer systems
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
