POSITION SUMMARY
Metro Protection Services is seeking a professional, proactive, and client-focused Client Relations Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining strong, long-term client relationships and ensuring our service delivery consistently meets and exceeds expectations. The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in maintaining client satisfaction, strengthening relationships, and ensuring service quality remains high across all accounts. A key component of this position includes working in the field and conducting regular client visits, as well as direct outreach to ensure relationships remain strong, communication is consistent, and any concerns are addressed before they become larger issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct regular client check-ins via phone, email, and in-person site visits
  • Work in the field to maintain strong, visible client relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction and confirm service expectations are being met
  • Proactively identify and resolve service concerns before escalation
  • Maintain and manage the Client Relations inbox, responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner and escalating issues when necessary
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure client needs, site requirements, and service expectations are consistently being met
  • Collaborate with Operations and field teams to address service gaps
  • Ensure all client communications, interactions, and updates are accurately documented in the company CRM system
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date CRM records for all client accounts
  • Support onboarding and ongoing client relationship management
  • Provide timely feedback and reporting to leadership regarding client status and concerns
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems (data entry, tracking, and client communication management)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working both in-office and in the field
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Aptitude for learning new software
  • Results driven with a sense of urgency and a "can do" attitude
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships

Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
