• . We're looking for Radiologic Technologists who prefer a clinic-based environment over hospital work and enjoy consistency, autonomy, and patient-centered care.
• What You'll Do
• In this outpatient clinic role, you'll: + Prepare exam rooms and ensure imaging equipment is ready + Review patient history, prior images, and orders before each exam + Perform standard X‑ray exams using accurate positioning and safety practices + Communicate clearly and calmly with patients during exams + Adjust exams based on patient needs or unexpected findings + Follow radiation safety standards, including ALARA principles + Confirm pregnancy status when appropriate + Perform occasional portable or surgical X‑rays with proper precautions + Keep your workflow organized and complete documentation in a timely way + Support students or new caregivers as needed + Assist with general patient care tasks within your scope and training •Who This Role Is Great For•This opportunity is open to •both experienced technologists and new graduates•, with openings at •several clinic locations throughout Vancouver, WA.

• What You Bring
• Education & Credentials
• + Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program + Washington State Radiologic Technologist license + ARRT certification in Radiography + BLS required at hire
• Experience & Skills
• + One year of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply) + Comfort working independently in a clinic setting + Understanding of age‑specific patient needs + Venipuncture skills + PACS/RIS experience (ImageCast/CareCast preferred) + Clear communication and strong organization skills
