Job Title:
Warehouse Coordinator Job Description Under direct supervision, the Warehouse CSR performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of component parts and finished goods. This role is responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Responsibilities Maintain stock records, logs, reports, and other documentation. Record goods received; reject damaged, excess, or misdirected goods. Review orders for correct part numbers and descriptions to ensure the correct products or parts are ordered. Identify and correct order discrepancies in a timely manner. Load and ship customer orders while maintaining an inventory of cartons, tapes, crates, clamps, foam, and other packing materials. Verify and package all parts according to product specifications to prevent damage or defects. Provide excellent customer service via telephone and in-person, responding to phone calls and emails requesting parts information promptly. Review and troubleshoot customer problems, initiating standard corrective action procedures. Notify management when inventory of specific items is low or when orders will deplete available inventory. Ensure an adequate stock of parts is available to meet customer needs. Keep parts and stock areas neat, organized, and clean. Essential Skills Ability and willingness to learn warehouse operations and forklift operation (no prior experience required). Basic computer skills. Outgoing personality with a customer service orientation for daily customer interactions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with shipping and receiving. Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain processes. Familiarity with cycle counts and inventory management. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory management. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Work Environment Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with limited overtime. The role involves 75% front desk responsibilities and 25% warehouse floor duties. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellingham, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
