Customer Service Associate

Small family run Butcher Shoppe looking for employee to help with customer service at Meat/deli counter, restocking products on show floor, cleaning/dishes and running cash register. Full time 40 hours/week. Must work Saturdays, other days of week are somewhat flexible. We are open Monday

• Saturday 9am
• 6pm

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via in-person interactions
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
