Wyllow Pet Hospital is seeking a full time or part time Veterinary Receptionist to join our progressive AAHA accredited small animal hospital. We are located in Beaver Dam, WI, just off of Hwy 151, conveniently location half way between Madison and the Fox Valley. Individual must have outgoing personality, enjoy working with people in a compassionate manner, good communication skills, competent grammar skills, and a willingness to learn. Must also have an interest in educating clients, be attentive to details, have an ability to multitask, and competency with computers and other office equipment. Comfort working with cats and dogs of all sizes essential. Responsibilities include appointment check in/out, receiving payments, scheduling appointments, client communication, staff/client liaison, filing, processing records, among other tasks. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education beneficial but not required. Our hospital is a spacious, welcoming facility. We focus on high quality patient care and client education. Experience with the veterinary field and pet preventive care is preferred and can be limited to significant own-pet experience. One Saturday (8a-2p) shift required per month, otherwise weekends are your own. Benefits include generous employee pet discount, uniforms, paid vacation/PTO, and continuing education.
