  • is seeking an organized, professional, and customer-focused team member to serve as a Client Services Representative .
This role will be responsible for supporting our clients by handling day-to-day communications, providing account updates, coordinating client requests, assisting with account onboarding and data management, and helping cultivate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via email and phone. Respond to client requests, including status updates and questions regarding next steps on their accounts. Participate in monthly client performance calls as needed. Follow up on potential new client leads and assist with the client onboarding process. Maintain professional, courteous, and effective communication, both written and verbal. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our client base and the states in which we operate. Expertise is not required, but the ability to identify resources and find accurate answers is essential. Work independently to research client inquiries and utilize firm resources to resolve issues. Enter new accounts into Bloodhound through both manual entry and collaboration with IT to support automation initiatives. Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while tracking deadlines, follow-up items, and client commitments. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable learning new systems and processes. Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in finding information. Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines. Experience working with clients or customer service responsibilities is preferred.
