Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Customer Service professional to join our team at the Chamberlain Agencies! In this role, you will be at the forefront of building strong relationships with clients, driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your dedication to customer satisfaction, will help us expand our market presence and foster long-term partnerships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact on our company's success. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including territory management and lead generation activities. Manage existing accounts with proactive account management strategies, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients via Walk ins, networking, and referrals. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, update customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives and product launches to maximize outreach and sales effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a competitive market environment. Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management to foster lasting client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing leads and tracking sales progress. Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations confidently. Ability to perform inside sales activities such as cold calling and lead generation efficiently. Demonstrated success in business development, upselling, and territory expansion strategies. Technical aptitude for understanding product features and delivering compelling technical sales pitches. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
