RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Excellent Customer Service:

Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and over email with customers. Provide accurate repair estimates and advise customers about repairs and services they should consider for their camper. Pay Attention to

Assist in collecting complete and accurate customer, camper, and scheduling information

Ensure Organization :

Maintain the service customer database, write and prepare service orders, and keep all team members and documentation up to date Work as a

Maintain open communication with management, fellow service advisors, and technicians Complete work in a

Ensure that all services and paperwork are completed quickly and efficiently in order to best serve our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Automotive or RV Dealership Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Intermediate Computer Skills•Required Customer Service experience•Preferred This is a full-time position with pay ranging from $60K-75K/year, depending upon the individual's experience and performance.
