General Labor/Prestress Plant Team Member

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring General Labor / Prestress Plant Team Members for a precast concrete manufacturing facility in Burlington, WI . Team members will assist in the production of prestressed concrete products used in construction and infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the production of prestressed concrete products Set up and prepare molds for concrete pouring Install cables, strands, and reinforcing materials in forms Pour, spread, and finish concrete in molds Use hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely Remove finished products from molds and prepare for curing Clean and maintain work areas and equipment Follow all plant safety rules and procedures Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

Previous construction, manufacturing, or concrete experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors or in a plant setting) Reliable transportation to Burlington, WI Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment Steel-toe boots required

Preferred Qualifications:
