Customer Service Desk Associate

We are looking to hire for part-time or full-time Customer Service Desk positions. Pay based on experience.

All shifts available:

days, nights, and weekends. Benefits would be available with full-time status. General Cashier Responsibilities

• Scan and bag items
• Collect cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
• Make change accurately
• Provide friendly customer service
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment Service Desk Responsibilities
• Process exchanges and return transactions
• Answer customer's questions and politely handle complaints
• Balance cash drawers by counting down cash drawers at end of cashier's shifts
• Sell lottery tickets, complete Western Union transactions, and other services provided by our Customer Service Desk
• Balance lottery sales, cash office, sales drawers, and postage when closing Service Desk at end of day
• Answering telephone and transferring calls as needed Qualifications
• 18 years or older preferred
• Experience handling money and working as a cashier desired, but willing to train
• Computer skills a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
