Parts & Service Advisor Join the Nextgen Powersports team! We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts & Service Advisor to support our growing dealership. This position plays a key role in helping customers, supporting our service department, and ensuring our parts and accessories operations run efficiently. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and working with powersports enthusiasts, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers with parts, accessories, and service needs. Answer phones and provide exceptional customer support. Create and schedule service appointments and repair orders. Work with customers and manufacturers on warranty claims. Source, order, and receive parts for customers and technicians. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and replenishment. Organize receiving, shipping, and stocking of merchandise. Merchandise and maintain showroom displays. Manage aged inventory and assist with dead stock reduction. Support the sales department with accessories and unit preparation. Coordinate parts needs for special events and promotions. Open and close the store as needed. Work closely with technicians to ensure they have the correct parts when needed. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Customer-focused and professional Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator in person and over the phone Dependable and self-motivated A team player with a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience Inventory or warehouse experience Computer proficiency Powersports, automotive, or mechanical knowledge preferred Experience with dealership management systems (Lightspeed EVO is a plus) Experience using electronic parts catalogs and researching parts Schedule Tuesday through

8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Rotating Saturdays:
