About the Role Are you a detail-driven, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment? We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support order management and execution while helping drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, partnering with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Planning to ensure seamless order flow and timely delivery. From managing complex order programs to monitoring inventory, shipments, and compliance, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the right product—on time, every time. How You Will Make an Impact Ensure order accuracy and integrity by managing precise data entry and resolving pricing discrepancies Manage complex order programs, including domestic, international, seasonal, and import orders Monitor inventory and inbound shipments, proactively communicating delays or supply issues Coordinate shipment readiness, including pallet/truck volume calculations and portal updates Track customer delivery requirements and must-arrive-by-date compliance, resolving risks with distribution partners Inspect and verify product labeling, coordinating testing reports and third-party submissions as needed Maintain performance reporting, including weekly updates on fill rates, sales, and service levels Develop and analyze Excel-based reports to support sales, planning, procurement, and operations Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution across the supply chain Adapt to shifting priorities while managing multiple deadlines with accuracy and organization The Essentials 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related role Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Ability to analyze data and create basic reports Optional but Impressive Experience with complex order management (domestic and international) Experience working with customer portals or ERP systems Background in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments Experience with performance reporting or analytics Because You Deserve It We don't just hire great people—we take care of them.
