Shift:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am until 3:00 pm What's the Job? Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues. Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, providing effective solutions. Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems related to delivery and service requests. Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Scan haul-away pods, verify stamps, and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders. What's Needed? Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily.
